Ordering/Receiving (content): An additional Bad Boys print was delivered this afternoon and brought up to booth 1

Desmond sent an MP4 file over to be used for NewFest's film feast screening (My Beautiful Launderette) this evening. Downloaded this, began converting it to DCP, and saved to the George Ivan drive. This can be transferred to theater 3 when it is finished

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I inspected reel 2 of the new Bad Boys print and labelled it to be returned to its box after the screening next week (the reel is in similar -- good -- condition compared to the other print we got and, despite some edge damage, should run just fine alongside the other reels)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues/tomorrow's schedule and initialed for confirmation

Marquee updated?: Proposal letters down...upcoming 35mm titles back up

Posters updated?: Eddington poster still not down on account of there being a bike locked directly in front of its poster case...hopefully there is better luck in the morning

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
