To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted the feature volume for Goldeneye (5.5 was deafening...brought it down to a more comfortable 4.5) and added a missing volume cue to the "How to Order" clip in its preshow 

Removed the Freakier Friday trailer from the 8/8 CatVideoFest show playlist and replaced it with the Cat in the Hat trailer

Built pre-show playlists for Muriel's Wedding and Sundays on Fire's Wheels on Meals screening (feature volume levels can be added once these are properly tech'd)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:  Goldeneye and CatVideoFest finished their weekend run in theaters 1 and 2 this afternoon

Print/video Inspection: Cristina emailed a couple days ago about captions for the Sister Salad Days short in the Non Films program and I confirmed after double checking the show playlist that it did, in fact, have these on screen

Added grease cues to all reels on the SOF print and finished inspecting the final 2 reels in the box. print is currently heads out on house reels in booth 1

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked on that seat in theater 5 that McKegg said he had some trouble putting back...seat was secure and did not need any adjusting

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): No initials were left on the cues last night so I double checked them this morning and all the information was accurate + double checked tomorrow's cues for posterity's sake

Marquee updated?: Organized letters on the workbench behind 3/7 for Realm of Satan (can be placed on the brunch side marquee this evening) and Highest 2 Lowest and Nobody 2 which can both go up later this week

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
