To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built/scheduled It's Alive III and Shouting at the Screen playlists

Ingested Hilarity Ensues preshow.

Trailer Updates: Replaced the Highest 2 Lowest and Weapons shows on the schedule tomorrow with the 8/22 version of the playlists, so we're not showing the Honey Don't trailer. Also made a 8/21 Nobody 2 with The Roses trailer in place of Honey Don't, that is scheduled tomorrow as well.

Added the Class of 95 trailer to the R-rated A1 playlists since we won't be getting the Adult Animation trailer until next week.

Special Events/ AV set up: Printed out the run of show for Showgirls tonight and wrote the spotlight settings down on it.

PA and wireless mic mixer set up for tonight in T2. Checked the feature and cued it for volume (6.5) and credits. Depending on the rowdiness of the crowd the feature volume could maybe go up a little bit, but it sounded nice and loud at 6.5 in the empty room.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested The Roses to the LMS.

Downloading Son of the White Mare to the share folder. This screens the first weekend in September.

Keys came in for Honey Don't.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The print of The Shadow is by the side door for Matthew to bring to WB tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Cleopatra Jones to gauge the volume and get credit offset. Should be good around 4.0-4.2

Checked Caught by the Tides as well. All good.

Additional Notes: T6 server was "unreachable" by Screenwriter this morning and the web GUI wouldn't load. Reseating the Eth-0 cable at the rack switch fixed this.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
