Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons is all set for this evening, everything is plugged in. HDMI cable is on the table with the mixer and spotlight board. I left the power strip turned off.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Wheels on Meals and Muriel's Wedding prints came and were brought to booth 1.

Ingested Highest 2 Lowest.

We got the ProRes for Realm of Satan, it’s on George Ivan. Please start the conversion to DCP tonight.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): La Haine is scheduled for pickup tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Volume checked for Weapons and Freakier Friday. 5.5 is good for both.

Kat came by to listen to the 5.1 versions of the policy and Hawk's nest clips. We set volumes for them, they should be appearing on next week's trailer list.

Cristina and I went through the Darkroom NonFilms playlist. Everything is in place, we set volumes for all the shorts. Cristina is going to ask Brian if "Sister Salad Days" should play with open captions (the file we received has them) and get back to us.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: After some reports on volume being too high or too low and also checking myself, I decided to lower the L/C/R channels in T1 slightly (I raised them a bit after putting the new woofers in) and raising the L/C/R in T2 slightly so they sound more even. Made pretty small adjustments to each but they do make a difference, 2 sounds fuller and 1 less hot. Also lowered the LFE (subwoofer) channel in T1 a dB, I might have been a bit overzealous when I put the new drivers in.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
