Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates: I made an oversight when building playlists last Friday and the Freakier Friday trailer remained in the PG-13 playlists for this week. I removed it and replaced it with The Smashing Machine today once I caught it was playing.

Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons went as smoothly as ever, all equipment broken down and put away.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested My Beautiful Laundrette and sent it to T3 for the screening on Tuesday.

Started downloading the Drive DCP to the Share folder. Aspera application needed to be updated. Please ingest this when its done!

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at GoldenEye. Playlist is all set for tomorrow.

Finished inspecting Muriel's Wedding. It's all on house reels.

Handy hint for when prints come tail out/emulsion out like Muriel's; wind over-over and you'll only have to wind it once for the proper orientation. Just make sure to loosen the holdback tension if you do this!

Posters updated?: Took down Eddington, Jurassic, and Smurfs. Highest 2 Lowest, Nobody 2, and Realm of Satan are outside with coming soon tags. Honey Don't and Caught Stealing in the lobby. I filed Eddington with the other current posters in case we bring it back.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
