To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Transferred the Thelma & Louise playlist and the remaining content to T2. The curtain call slide I made was hidden in a folder on the desktop (forgot to copy to the Share folder), and the one that was re-ingested did not have the slide, just black and the curtain call song. I'd deleted it which is why it was in the ingest history but not on the LMS. The new slide is ingested and in the playlist. It's named "SLIDE_ThelmaLouise_TipsCurtain"

Added the Adult Animation trailer and the intro slide to the NSF Animation playlist and scheduled it.

Scheduled Demon Slayer's early 9/11 shows and added them to the cue sheets. Had to adjust the formula for it, it had the runtime at 2hr 15min but its 2:35.
-I renamed the playlists as "A1_DemonSlayerSubbed(_OCAP)_091225" since we'll also be playing the dubbed version.
-Ingested the dubbed DCPs (there is an OCAP file for both the subbed and dubbed versions) and built playlists for it.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared no-longer-needed content from the servers, share folder, and hard drives.

Sealed the cans of the Vicious Lips née Vampire Lovers print to return to the depot and brought up to 4/6, but didn't print return labels as we hopefully won't be paying to ship this on our FedEx account.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
