To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screening info has been emailed out, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar. We've got additional staff screenings of Son of the White Mare per many requests. 

Had our cinema meeting today. We're in good shape for the week we're about to enter, but we're still waiting on the performance pieces for Thelma and Louise from Malice/Ramona, but Desmond informed me they should be uploaded by today, EOD. If not, let's check in tomorrow. 

We're just about ready for tech this Friday.

Trailer Updates: Please replace the 9/05 R rated playlists with One Battle After Another Trailer 5 (making sure conjuring isn't in there!)

Special Events/ AV set up: Chenelle and I were to have a meeting with the TEAL folks today to hash out the last few bits of the private events this weekend, but it got pushed to tomorrow, so Alec will be on call for it. I sent him an email with my notes, some adjustments and some tech info regarding the event.

Ingested Mimic DCP
Ingested Sierra short
Was able to download a prores of and DCP the short Night, which, after Sierra, was the only short we needed. I've ingested it. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Handed off the print of Babysitter's Club to DHL today. 

Confirmed pickup with Kari for Blonde Venus tomorrow. 

Brian has the prescreening report for Fantastic Planet and we'll make sure he's got the post screening report after the show tonight. We'll get this packaged up when we can. I've looped everyone into that email thread with him for this print. It goes back to the Academy. Please see the address in that thread. Thanks! 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: SOF print on its way - Longest Nite

Maintenance/cleaning: I moved the 1.66 lens to the flat holder, rather than the scope holder on T2, ran loops and adjusted the port glass tape for both. We should be all set for tonight! 

Academy paperwork for Cuckoo's Nest sorted. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Added info for Fantastic Planet and put additional notes in for the shorts before the feature. No intro.

To do this evening/ was completed: More NewFest teching/downloading/ingesting today.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent the trailer list, I've been ingesting content - forecasts, new trailers and what not, but the QR explainer (V3) won't be available for a few days.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set for the SE shows this weekend. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
