Projection Close 12/8
To do this evening/ was completed: Back from visiting family. Thank you for the coverage!
During the last round in T5, a woman fell and the poor thing hit her head pretty hard. Immediately brought the lights up upon hearing Shay's request and we cancelled the screening, of course. MOD called an ambulance and I assisted with cleanup.

Special Events/ AV set up: The private event was a little tricky tonight, but was fine overall. The director and PR folks gave us a bit of grief as they sprung an intro on us last minute and asked for there to be no house lights up cue in the playlist for credits (both of which were a wee bit annoying but also totally fine as we were only two minutes into preshow and I was able to eject and update the playlist before anyone came in) but then they had us hold for five minutes, which would have been okay but we already had a bit of a tight turnaround for the Q&A before the next round. I had cued Raekwon once after ten minutes and then told him they could have just five more minutes since they complained about not getting to the questions yet, but then apparently they ignored it and kept going. Raekwon then mentioned he asked multiple times for them to stop (and politely). I did run down and mention at one point that it would be good to just go straight up to the moderator and whisper in their ear. It was extremely bizarre. I haven't seen this happen before. Despite ending super late, we cleared the theatre asap, moved the chairs, I moved the cables (hid them and then properly cleaned with time once the last round was over) and we had already crafted a plan to make sure that I'd keep house lights up for trailers and bring them down for showtime. Everyone on the Nitehawk team did super well at communicating the plan and we got it sorted. Chairs are put back and I coiled cables and put everything got everything stowed.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: So the update I forwarded on Friday was that the FedEx facility had found the missing can and would be happy to send it to us to which I replied with our info and the urgent request that it arrives before 12/11. I followed up today with a few questions concerning shipping as we haven't heard anything since before the weekend, but if they reach out, we'd rather have them ship it back instead.
Maintenance/cleaning: I put Dark Angel on house reels row that we're getting close to showtime.
