To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the "TLR_SE_PrecodeParade_FEB_DancingLady" clip to its newest version ("V2") in all necessary pre-shows this week and next per Kat's request

Built CCAP and OCAP show playlists for The Moment and saved them to the LMS (note: the CCAP version has a 7.1 mix which I've added to its playlist but the OCAP is only in 5.1)

Trailer Updates:
 
Special Events/ AV set up: A Few Good Men was not tech'd/did not have a volume cue so I started the feature at 7.0 and adjusted accordingly. Otherwise the screening went well. All reels are tails out on the work bench in booth 1 and can be re-inspected tomorrow. Both projectors were cleaned and the exhausts shut after the show + Possessor: Uncut screening in theater 4 went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Let the Right One In was delivered this evening and brought up to booth 1

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Storage space across the servers, especially in 2, 4, and 5, is extremely limited. There is not much to remove since there are so many first runs being shuffled around. There are currently no issues with playback but please keep an eye out in the week(s) ahead as titles come and go.

Removed Possessor: Uncut feature content from the LMS and theater 4 following the show

Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Let the Right One In (reels 1-3) and uploaded some stills to the shared drive

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
