Projection Admin 1/21

Sent an email to projection with notes on the power house/lamp house switches. Please read when you can for a brush up. 

Had our cinema meeting and we're missing our first run feature Secret Agent still, but the keys have come in. Jeffrey alerted them and they're on it, which is why we've received the keys to begin with, but I just sent a follow up email to confirm we received the keys but still need the feature. I have not sent out staff screening info. Update: received feature. Jack will schedule screenings on the LMS once it is done ingesting. I sent out info to staff and reflected this on the google cal. 

FYI - Chenelle has two events on 2/5 at the same time and in the same theatre but they're both on hold and we are of course only going to go ahead with one of them.  

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all Rep R playlists for 1/23 - Few Good Men, Hank's Saloon, Road Games, Possessor. Waiting on 9 - 5 feature!

Trailer Updates: Ingested Samuel and Romancing the Dead trailers. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the mixer/mic/stand in T4 for this evening's show of As I Open My Eyes. No Q&A, just an intro. 

Hamnet all set in T2. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): I have Monk in Pieces downloading via Filemail desktop app which should be done in a couple hours. 

Copied Removal of an Eye over to the Share folder since it looks like something went awry with yesterdays transfer. This has been ingested to the LMS now. 

Ingested Possessor to the LMS. 

DCP'd the intro and tips slide for Malice performance w/ 9 - 5 (still waiting on other content) 

Netflix reached out for our shipping info, which I sent, so Train Dreams is on its way to us. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Saw that there was a broken reel (with a note on it) for You Got Served's shipping reels, so I carefully glued it in place. I'm letting this set for the night and we can put the fifth reel on tomorrow before it gets picked up. I did send an email to Sony folks letting them know this is ready and they confirmed it'll get picked up tomorrow. 

Print/video Inspection: Reinspected You Got Served. Sent the post report to David. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Had a long call with Roger sent him the quote/paperwork that Magna sent us. He'll be coming in on 1/28 (a Wednesday) so both Alec and I will be here and can give him the run down for Steve. I gave him a lot of pre-info so that he knows what we'll be taking a look at that day in order to gauge what we really need/don't need.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
