To do this evening/ was completed: Please note that keys for Possessor come in on 1/25. - L

Birds tech'd, volume logged. Looks good.

Inspected all of Dancing Lady, put it back on shipping reels. Very nice condition. Started inspecting Jurassic Park, if someone wants to continue with that.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all first run playlists for the week of 1/23 (lots and lots of playlists...) including these SE shows - Train Dreams, Removal of the Eye, Monk in Pieces, 9 to 5. I have noted on the trailer sheet what still needs to be techd despite being built. - LH 

Trailer Updates: Ingested Hoppers T3 & GLHFDD - L

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested 9 - 5, Send Help, and the following preshow content: Sam Raimi, Survival, Send Help. - LH

Matthew brought over A Few Good Men from WB, and Incredible Shrinking Man and Jurassic Park were delivered as well. All in booth 1.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packaged up and printed out labels for Rhinestone. This has since been picked up and is on its way to AGFA. I added the outbound tracking to the asset doc. - LH

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd and ever so slightly adjusted the playlist for 13 Going on 30. All set for tomorrow. Added photos of Train Dreams to the drive and sent to Conrad - LH

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Took the trash out and brought up new trash bags - LH 

Tried swapping the IMS2000 back into Theater 1's projector, which ultimately didn't work out so I put the replacement IMS3000 back in and put the storage drives from the IMS2000 in, so we have the higher storage in here now. Everything is stable in 1, and at least we know for sure that the IMS2000 is unstable. -AL

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Added The Secret Agent to the marquee. - LH

Posters updated?: Primate down, Secret Agent up.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
