To do this evening/ was completed: Had our weekly cinema meeting and we're in good shape. Staff Screenings posted to the google cal and on 7shifts. You should have also received a weekly update from me. Please read it! Thanks. - LH

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled weekend shows and staff screenings on the LMS. The Incredible Shrinking Man has been entered as an Event since there's a special preshow/laptop intro and no requirement for a playlist, you'll just switch sources. Updated the playlists for The Moment with the 5min preshow. - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran a wire from the mic mixer in T3 all the way to the webcam so this can connect directly for recording and Zoom Q&As. I realized I need a small part to complete this set up, which I ordered. Will finish this up before the Zoom Q&A on the 9th. -A

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the Romancing the Dead 5min, 15min, 25min preshow, The Moment 5 min preshow. Note: the Samuel preshow should be coming in tonight! - LH

Frankenhooker ingesting to the LMS now - LH

We are set to receive the Die Hard and Unbreakable prints tomorrow. - LH 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): See notes below. Also, still waiting on that drive from The Academy for Road Games. - LH

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected and packaged up Few Good Men. Sent both reports to Sony folks and coordinated a pickup with them for tomorrow morning. I brought both prints down to the kitchen. - LH

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning: 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Finished the cue sheets from Sunday to Thursday. Still need to tailor some special events, but we're looking good. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
