To do this evening/ was completed: In the morning I'll be monitoring the snow/metro and bus service. 

Inspected all of Incredible Shrinking Man, which is in good condition despite crappy leader on most reels. Photos up on the drive.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Managed to get six more of the NoBudge shorts DCP'd this evening, so there's only one more to go! Please DCP Goodnight tomorrow, then we can ingest the rest. As Alec mentioned, the video files and DCPs are in the NoBudge 49 folder on the desktop.

Print/video Inspection: Incredible Shrinking Man is on house reels now after inspection. I carried on with Jurassic Park, which can get finished up tomorrow. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: There is a gnarly smell in T7 and we considered switching No Other Choice (last round) to a different theatre, but we kept everything as is per Matthew and Jess' suggestion. Turns out, it is likley that the smell is a gas leak. We'll keep y'all updated. 

The lamp in T2 did turn off properly during shutdown this evening.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
