Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Backrooms posters came - A

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested the following - Labyrinth DCP, Ready or Not 2 DCP, Reconsider This V2 25min. - L

Downloaded and/or DCP'd and ingested the following shorts - Hasta En Luiz, The Contestant, Alphabet Backwards, CrabDiane (Crab Diane is finishing in DCP-o-matic right now. Also, please note that the DCP for Going Dark is currently downloading to the Share folder too. Please ingest them once they're in there. Thanks!) - L 

Keys for Madonna should have come in today. I notified John. He and Bogi are working this out with Paramount. Update - keys are being released. - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I scheduled a pickup for Girls About Town (came with labels), which will go out tomorrow as that's the next available date. I'm bringing it down to the side door when I leave. - L

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Reached out to John so we can confirm Liberty Valance with Paramount since they've been making a number of mistakes recently and Cristina and I want to make sure this gets to us. Also wound up checkin in with Katie since she wasn't sure if we received the labels for There Will Be Blood, which we did a while ago, so that's sorted. Boop Bop Beep - tracking came in. Updated the doc. Should be there by 3/17 - L

Maintenance/cleaning: Yves from DMS brought us a new PIB for T1, and we're keeping the one I put in last night as a spare since it seems to work well. He took the dead one with him. DMS also has the PIB they pulled from T1 earlier this year at their office (it was taken out when we were having the server disconnection issue in there, which was ultimately determined to be the IMS and not the PIB, so that PIB should work also) and I asked if we could have it back as another spare. So much board swapping it's hard to keep track! Still don't know where that one I found last night came from, so it'll be good to have our original T1 board back as a solid spare. Yves also had coolant with him and he refilled the pump in the T1 Christie. I ran some content in T1 after the new PIB went in and we are stable. - A

Had to reboot T3 today as the server went down but this was earlier in the morning and we've had no issues since. Reseated cables. - L

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added the formula for Ready or Not and updated the cue sheets for next Thursday. We are still waiting on Hail Mary. - L

Marquee updated?: New 35mm titles added to the marquee - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
