Removed a seat in T1 Row 5 for first round - the seat and screws are at the MOD station. Screws are labeled with a sticky note with the T1 drill next to it. 

Taking the liberty of downloading some of Jack's DCPs for NSF26 since he's been out. I've got Lotion downloading to the Share folder and the file for Blue, which we'll have to DCP. 

Ran house checks. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Madonna, which will need to be tech'd. Note on the keys below. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the mics and stands in T3 for Dark Room and went through the entire playlist to double check all cues. The dowser got caught during a lens transition, and only once, but keep an eye on it. It happens sometimes. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for Madonna will come in on 3/11! New keys for Sirat and Wuthering Heights came in. 

Downloaded the file for and DCP'd Dope, which is finishing up in the Share folder. Please ingest once it is ready. 

Reached out to Kat for the rest of the Reconsider This V2 preshow since we're missing it a long with the 5min Music Driven V4 preshow (today I ingested the 15min and 25min). She will be uploading the TitanAE trailer for us again too, since that's been red for a few days now. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Sent Cristina the tracking info for Martial Arts. 

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Weirdly enough, James walkied me saying that an arm rest in T1 (not T3) also came off today and there were no screws to be found...we checked everywhere, but I found spares and reattached it.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud.
