Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built show playlists for Obsession (minus the 1.50:1 lens/masking cue change needed for this feature content, which Alec will make in the coming days), Bugsy Malone (this needs to be tech'd for its credit offset), and The Virgin Suicides **only the R rated special event playlists remain**

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Before it Was Cool... Doc N Roll screening and Q&A in theater 1 this evening went smoothly + mics and chairs were returned following the show (I recorded the Q&A and told John Woods we would send this and the Hole Truth... one along with it + Desmond's discussion with Michael Shannon for Take Shelter is also on the booth 1 rack PC and can be sent to him as well)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Posters for Passenger and the Top Gun/Top Gun: Maverick rerelease were delivered and stored behind 3/7 this afternoon

Ordering/Receiving (content): Began converting Jurassic Park to DCP in booth 1 this evening

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packaged and scheduled Uncut Gems for return shipping and brought the canisters downstairs (tracking ID: 871450024980) + placed Walter's The Master trailer back on its core for him to pick up and left it on the rewind bench in 4/6

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all times for tomorrow and added the special events playlists and cue times to the sheets for the weekend

Posters updated?: Removed the poster for Before it Was Cool... outside and put back Project Hail Mary

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
