To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made a playlist for the I Love Boosters intro and scheduled it for tomorrow.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up a mic in T3 for tonight's intro. It's on a stand.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Coyote vs. Acme and Tony posters added to the caddy.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Backrooms to the LMS. Also re-ingested Ferris Bueller since we're showing it for brunch later in June.

Strangers on a Train and Heroes for Sale prints came in.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Rugrats keys don't open until tomorrow, so I couldn't tech it today. I did add the lights up cue to the feature in both versions of the playlist.

Looked at Communion and added the feature to the playlist. FYI--there's an AGFA snipe at the top of the DCP which is louder, so there are two volume cues attached to it in the playlist.

Started inspecting Mission: Impossible II, just the first reel. This is basically mint, leaders uncut and truly deserves a "0" score in almost all damage categories. Also begins with a trailer for the Shaft remake from the same year. Added some pictures to Google Drive.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added the June titles.

Maintenance/cleaning: I decided to bring the mic stand bag into 4/6 for storage. Please return all mic stands here after events, don't leave any under screens.

Forgot to mention this yesterday, but I sorted out the issue with NTFS hard drives showing up as read-only on the iMac. I'd been logged out of NTFS for Mac somehow, so there was no active license. I logged back in and we can copy to these drives again. Didn't need to reformat any!

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Looked through special events for next week. I'm not sure if someone is guessing the length of credits for some of these... but a few were a little bit off (Rugrats, Communion and M:I 2). Close enough that I'm not sure, but I got the sense that someone just put 5 minutes in for these. Either way, please don't guess. If we don't have credit offset from Deluxe or can't get it from finding the movie online, just leave it blank until we can confirm.

Marquee updated?: Yes, Super Mario Galaxy down; Star Wars: Mandalorian & Grogu and I Love Boosters up

Posters updated?: Mario down; Grogu/Boosters switched to now showing. Moved Scary Movie outside and put Disclosure Day up in the lobby.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
