To do this evening/ was completed: Alec setup for Morricone Youth tonight and will be back later this evening to assist with the show. 

One of the school screenings tomorrow switched their film to Sheep Detectives. I've updated the LMS schedule. 

Tech'd Obsession today, which sounds better at 5.5. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent trailer lists through the first week of June as she'll be gone. Built all new A1 playlists for 5/22 and finished up a few things for this week. We are still waiting on Amreeka (which should come in either tonight or tomorrow) and the DCP for Jason and Shirley is still uploading to the e-delivery site, so we can't download it just yet. Additionally, I asked for a bit of clarification as it looks like they sent this first DCP as a backup and will send the official version soon...

Trailer Updates: Ingested the following trailers/updated versions for the weeks ahead  - Disclosure Day, The Invite, Jackass 5, Scary Movie, Supergirl, Odyssey, Moana, NWB Under the Silver Lake, NWB Butterfly Effect, NWB Muppet Treasure Island, and the much anticipated BCB trailer which I added to this week's 5/15 playlists. BCB has been techd and sounds good at 4.0. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Unfortuantely, the BluRay of Arrival we received this afternoon came damaged, so I let Chenelle know that we'll need a new one. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): New Forecasts for the rest of May through the first week of June have been ingested. 
Preshow content (ingest the following): Reconsider This V3 (and version for Mission Impossible). 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): i am waiting to hear back from John in our thread with Sony for whether or not Ladies of Leisure is actually a Sony pickup...standing by! 

Print/video Inspection: We received the Sundays on Fire print for June, Dragon Fight, which I'll take a further look at tomorrow, but I didn't see any subtitles where I should have (in the first reel, then nothing in the second thus far) and notified Cristina and Grady. Tomorrow I'm going to run a reel to see if it's been dubbed, just in case...

Marquee updated?: Yes. Added Obsession and tomorrow we can take down Mother Mary and The Christophers.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
