To do this evening/ was completed: There is a seat out and a listening device in T1 for the same individual at 601. Screws are in 4/6. - L

John should be here this evening with the BluRay/DVD for Fabulous Stains. Short came through for this which is dcping in 4/6.  - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the playlist and cue sheets for Bicycle Thieves. Techd this today and since we're using the variable ratio masking preset in there for Obsession, I'm using the 1.66 masking (which has been adjusted for 1.37) for the weekend, then I'll change it back. - L

I bumped the volume for I Love Boosters to 5.8, there have been some complaints about the mix at both locations now. I listened from a few different spots in T2 and it sounded good to me at this level. -AL

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup a mic and stand off to the side in T4 and tested it for this evening. Ran loops for Homeboys and double checked the playlist. All set! - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Touched base with Chenelle about the private event for 6/4 and we received the DVD for Troop Beverly Hills in the MOD office. This is currently DCPing in T1 and should be done by tomorrow. - L

Had our cinema meeting. We are waiting on Victim (which should be here by tomorrow - tracking available) and Chocolate Babies. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Waiting on labels for MI2. 

Print/video Inspection: Packed up MI2 and put Strangers on a Train on house reels. -AL

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Staff Screenings have been sent out on 7shifts, blocked on the cal and scheduled on the LMS. - L    

Changed the bulb in T2, cleaned the reflector, lens, and port glass. Very bright and looks really good! -AL

After Will's notes from last night I power cycled the CP750 in T1 and ran reel 6 of MI2, which is basically 20 minutes of engines revving, gunshots, and explosions. The processor didn't drop in volume at all so I think the power cycle did the trick. -AL

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
