To do this evening/ was completed: School screening/staff screening went well this morning as did the screener for Cristina in t3! 

Made the rounds this morning. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked the special playlists for tomorrow. All set. 

Built the playlist for Victim. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We are still waiting for Fabulous Stains to finish transcoding. It should be done very soon this evening. Once it's done, please take the George Ivan drive upstairs and ingest Beverly Hills Troop and Fab Stains. Thanks! 

Updated the playlist for Follow That Bird via Chenelle's note from this evening about an intro being added. Cue sheets are also updated! 

Redownloading the DCP for Palestine 36 in 4/6. Keep the window open. Thanks! 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Scary Movie to the LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a pickup and printed out labels for Homeboys, which got picked up today in addition to MI2. 

Print/video Inspection: We received the print of Victim, which I started inspecting (in T4). Half is done, the other half can get finished up tonight! 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Took out the trash/recycling  in booth 1 and booth 4/6. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Was able to traverse the bike and take down the poster of The Drama. Put up Disclosure Day. 

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
