To do this evening/ was completed: The Rookie has been packaged up and will get picked up on Monday. We've got the green light to hold off on shipping Help!!! until we figure out a plan with FedEx rates. - L

New titles up on the marquee. Little Mermaid needs to go up tonight.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Jack and I built A1 playlists for the week of 5/15. Built the SE playlists for Richard Pryor, Men in Black, and on of the private events (Jurassic Park). 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd Bugsy Malone and updated the playlist/cue sheets. - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): FYI we are waiting on the trailer for BCB, which we can add to the A1 playlists once it arrives. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested 5min and 15min of Film Feast, Richard Pryor Slide, Generic SciFi preshow, Backrooms 5min, Lynch preshow, new forecasts, new trees lounge bar specials slide, be gay do crime V3 preshow, I Love Boosters 5min . L

DCP'd the new video from Suburbia for her performance, which I added to the playlist and tech'd with Desmond. Tech'd the entire show and updated info on the event memo. Lighting preset info on there, too. L

Ladies of Leisure down in T1. Inspected the first two reels. Nice condition. Hanging with the Homeboys also arrived, in 4/6.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Jack tech'd Virgin Suicides with Desmond. Volume logged. The reel started one perf out of frame even though it was in frame when I threaded. Not sure if that's due to the previous film being scope ratio. I looked at the leader afterward and it looked right but just FYI.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Still got a little time left in T2 before the lamp change.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
