Ordering/Receiving (content): Continued converting NoBudge 51 shorts to DCP (saved Subject of Desire and Noumena to the Shared drive)

She's the Man feature content was delivered via Deluxe this evening. Should be on the FilmVault portal in the next few days

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned both 35mm projectors in theater 4

Around 10:45PM, Jared radioed about a leak coming through the server station ceiling in theater 1, and asked me to check on the booth A/C. I went down and noticed a small puddle that was being blocked by the two bulb boxes against the wall beneath it (these boxes are a bit soft from absorbing the water that was dripping down). I moved these and grabbed some bar rags to soak up the water that had settled on the tile floor, and placed them beneath the source of the leak to keep it from dripping further. Jared brought extra rags up. Matthew was in communication with Jared and asked that the unit be turned off for the time being. The drip ceased once the unit was shut down. I left the rags lined against the wall to keep any additional water from pooling up again. I checked the units in 2, 3, and 4/6 before leaving and all are leak free.






Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues for tomorrow; removed an SPL from theater 5 since it overlapped with the end of the prior show...third round will need to be played manually

Marquee updated?: Added letters for Maddie's Secret and Evil Dead Burn to the front

Additional Notes: A closed captioning device was returned to the A/V closet following the first round in theater 2; brought down another closed captioning device for the second round in theater 7 and returned it after the show

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
