NPP Projection Report 7/1 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the Rozz Williams playlist, and Moana for the early Thursday shows.

Kat sent the trailer lists for 7/10, I built all first run playlists. All new content is ingested.

Still waiting on the intro slide for Save the Last Dance, we can build that once it comes in.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up a mic in T3 and ran through the playlist for tonight. All set.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We got a Odyssey poster advertising the 35mm print, I put it in one of the empty sections of the caddy so it's separate. We should put this up when we open the film.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Moana to the LMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed labels and scheduled a pickup for Law of Desire. Going out tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Teched Rozz Williams (Romeo's Distress)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Fixed the Moana formula and added the shows for Thurs 7/9

Completed timing on this week's cue sheets: credit start for Fig Trees tonight and added The Invite shows tomorrow.

Marquee updated?: Took down Death of Robin Hood and Leviticus, put up Minions & Monsters.

Posters updated?: Robin Hood and Leviticus down, Minions and Moana up outside.
