To do this evening/ was completed: Just a note on marquee letters - please try to organize them/put them back. I found loads just sitting on top of the bookshelf. It will make everyone's life easier if you clean up as you go. Thank you! - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a screener playlist for tomorrow/s viewing of The Wrong Girls, transferred the film to T3 for the programmers. - L

Tech'd Palestine 36, adjusted playlist. Tech'd Evil Dead Burn and Maddie's Secret, playlists ready to go. - L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: More Odyssey (and possibly Camp Miasma) 35mm prep: we have a working make up table for Theater 4 which I set up today. It's working well and I put a test reel on the platter up here. Ran it through the projector, too. Looking good.

Setup the Aja, spots board, mixer and wireless receiver in T1 for Spoons tonight. Please remember to use Digital 4 for sound. Mics are charging and the stands have been setup by the table. Everything has been tested. - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested And You Had Tourettes (NB 51) to the LMS, started DCPing Beefmaster, which should be done later this evening. - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I will get President's Men out of here tomorrow. 

Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Jurassic Park 3 (the first three reels are done, there's only five, so you can finish the others tonight!)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?: Took down the big ole birthday signage and added Brunch Shows with Palenstine 36, added Moana to the front and took down I Love Boosters. - L

Posters updated?: Added Her Private Hell to the lobby (Spiderman on opposite side) took down Boosters, added Odyssey, updated Moana with Now Showing banner. - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
