To do this evening/ was completed: WiFi is back up and running just fine.

Presentation Issues: Was having a bit of trouble with the lights in T2, but I reset the dimmer panel and rebooted just about everything else, check in on the ethernet cables. All good. - L

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Evil Dead Burn playlists built (still need to be tech'd) for 7/10, built the playlist for Save The Last Dance. - L

Trailer Updates: I noticed when checking theaters before doors that the encrypted "WK24" Odyssey trailer says to see it "In 5 Weeks." Theres a WK27 version (unencrypted) which is the exact same trailer only it says see it "In 2 Weeks" so I swapped that into the 7/3 playlists. There will probably be a WK28 version for net Friday.

Special Events/ AV set up: All the President's Men playlist set. 

Reached out to Joe/WB and John about the DCP for State Your Name since it showed at their location first, and it's in the share folder, but I believe we're getting an updated version of it. Waiting for John to confirm. - L

Reached out to Chenelle about the private event for 7/16, which is not confirmed yet, but she should be hearing back from the potential host soon.  - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got the Save the Last Dance slide from Desmond, DCP'd and ingested it. All set. Ingested Evil Dead Burn to the LMS. - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Law of Desire went out

Print/video Inspection: The Invite is all ready to go

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes - L

Maintenance/cleaning: I ran loops in T1 (Alec also ran a platter test) so we're all set for this evening's show of All the President's Men. Should be a great time!  - L

In addition to the platter test I also cleaned both port windows for the T1 35mm projectors. And the platter is working just fine.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the cue sheets/LMS schedule and adjusted a few mistakes with timing/OCAP shows. - L

Marquee updated?: Invite up

Posters updated?: Banner for Invite poster switched to now showing.

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
