To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings have been blocked on the calendar, scheduled on the LMS and sent out on 7shifts. - L

Had our cinema meeting - we're good on content! We should receive tracking for the Odyssey soon (35mm). - L

Setup a closed captioning device in T7, which has been put back. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Moana in T2. All good. - L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for and setup the mixer/mic in T4. Tested everything. Should be a good show tonight! I checked the playlist.  - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Hunted down the keys for Jackass, so we're all good for Friday onwards now. Additionally, I uploaded loads of KMDs that were sent to our email addresses, but that never uploaded automatically to the LMS. - L

We received the shorts for No Budge 51 (sans one short, actually) but I've started downloading them to the desktop in a NoBudge 51 folder, and added a folder with the same title to the Share folder. The first short, And You Had Tourettes, is still DCPing in 4/6. - L

We received both Jurrassic Park 3 and Love Me Tonight, both of which I put in T1. - L

State Your Name DCP is converting in T1, the ProRes file were making it from is massive (almost 500 GB) so this is going to take a while. The ETA is currently Sunday morning, best to avoid doing things on this computer if possible so it can just be dedicated to converting this. -a

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I started inspecting Love Me Tonight, which can get finished up this evening before Save the Last Dance. - L

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Tested the lamp in P1 in T1 and it's holding up fine, but I'll keep testing it to make sure we're good for the Odyssey -a

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Formulas are accurate, but we still need to take a look at Evil Dead Burn/Maddie's Secret tomorrow when the keys open. - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac.
