To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ingested the Litany for Survival slideshow and added it to the playlist.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Merrily We Go To Hell went well. I cleaned the projectors after the show and put the scope lenses and plates back in for tomorrow.

The T6 private event went well.

Trivia also went well. Put everything away afterward and left the USB-C adapter connected to the HDMI cable behind the pew for the Toast training tomorrow. The sound system is also still on and the projector is connected for this tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): DCP'd the two remaining tracks for the Wong Foo drag show and ingested them.

Deluxe is having issues uploading to our e-delivery server currently. I'm in communication with them about this. I requested a hard drive of The Uprising and they've overnighted one. It should be here tomorrow or Thursday at the latest if it doesn't ship until tomorrow. They sent us tracking.

I was sent a link to download Death Spin 2 which is for a private event on Halloween. It expires on 10/9, so we have time.

Multiple attempts to download the Thiiird file failed, as is typical with a Dropbox download of this size.  I gave it one more try and left it going before I left, but I'm not hopeful so I also asked if Kat might be able to give it a try.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packed up Merrily and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow. It's on the cart.

Print/video Inspection:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Made the formula for The Uprising and filled the rest in for next week, except for the early Resident Evil shows on Thursady.

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...

Projection Admin 3/30

To do this evening/ was completed: School Screening in T3 went very well this morning, started it up early, but just a friendly reminder - if you tech something the night before its show date (let alone first thing in morning), at the very least please log volume and/or build a playlist. I was in early so it wasn't much of an issue, but it helps to have this sorted beforehand. Also, special screener of The Drama for Jared and Lauren went just fine, too. Feature seems kind of low, volume wise, but once it opens up in other screening rooms this week, I'll take another look and adjust as needed. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Revelations of Divine Love . Tech'd Stranger by the Lake and noticed it wasn't scheduled on the LMS yet, so I scheduled it and transferred preshow content and the feature to T2.
