NPP Projection Report Close 9/1



To do this evening/ was completed: A marathon of a print took up the majority of my time tonight 

Presentation Issues: No issues

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built out the A1 playlists for It Ends, Practical Magic 2, and Dreams in Nightmares. The features all need to be teched, but could someone take a second look at them? 

Practical Magic 2 is just missing the Forecasts for 9/10

Trailer Updates: Ingested an Avengers: Doomsday trailer to add to the Practical Magic 2 playlist 

Special Events/ AV set up: New York, New York ran great! Intro went well and survived the second longest print I've ever run in my Nitehawk career. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): No issues

Ordering/Receiving (content): Dreams in Nightmares arrived and I ingested it into LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): New York New York is packed up on its shipping reels

Print/video Inspection: No issues

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the 35mm projectors after the show

My key almost got stuck in the Theater 1 lock. Luckily I didn't snap it like I did years ago and was able to remove it, but I taped the door open just in case and spritzed the inside with WD-40

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cross referenced with tomorrow's automation and set

Marquee updated?: No issues

Posters updated?: No issues

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: No issues

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. Projection Admin 3/30

To do this evening/ was completed: School Screening in T3 went very well this morning, started it up early, but just a friendly reminder - if you tech something the night before its show date (let alone first thing in morning), at the very least please log volume and/or build a playlist. I was in early so it wasn't much of an issue, but it helps to have this sorted beforehand. Also, special screener of The Drama for Jared and Lauren went just fine, too. Feature seems kind of low, volume wise, but once it opens up in other screening rooms this week, I'll take another look and adjust as needed. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Revelations of Divine Love . Tech'd Stranger by the Lake and noticed it wasn't scheduled on the LMS yet, so I scheduled it and transferred preshow content and the feature to T2.
