To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings are out on 7shifts, the LMS and the calendar (fyi FOH meeting means we have one round of screenings on Friday and another on Monday). - L

Cinema meeting went well! We have our first runs for this new week, and we should be getting Brooklyn Dream no later than 10/5 (we followed up with them today). In addition to that, we're just waiting on Attack the Block (which is Sony, so it'll get here a lil down to the wire as per usual), then for the private event on 10/8 Chenelle is still waiting to hear back from the hosts content wise. - L

Special Events/ AV set up: Ingested a bunch of ADs/Slides for NewFest and new feature DCPs, one of which we techd today. Desmond, Galen and I techd in T1 and T3 and are updating the spreadsheet as we go. So far so good, only one or two things to check on, everything else is looking great. - L

Updated the Concrete playlist for tomorrow with the special slide.

Ingested feature DCPs OCAP and CCAP of The Social Reckoning to the LMS. 
DCPd and ingested the slide for The Color of Money. 
Started DCPing one of the films (The Birth) for Devilman (double feature screening). This is still transcoding in 4/6. Please ingest once it's done. The other film, The Demon Bird, is downloaded to the preshow/trailers drive if you'd like to DCP that once the other is done. - L

We are still hanging on to the relay for 3/7 since DMS did not end up having the time and supplies to finish this today. I will get another visit scheduled.

The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
