Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a playlist for the Only Living Pickpocket Q&A tomorrow night and scheduled it. Just the regular playlist with the logo slide and mic cues at the end.

Also built/scheduled Boyz N the Hood.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Steal This Story Please went very well. Everything has been put away. I did notice that Lillian's Spotify account plays ads so we should use the NPP Projection account (using the prospectparkkdm email) which is Premium. The password in the logins doc is accurate.

Spoons went nicely. Everything has been put away.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Boyz N the Hood and The Devils were delivered to the Deluxe server and I ingested them. 

Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery was delivered on a hard drive. Ingested to the LMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tomorrow, all set.

Marquee updated?: Took down the rental and put 35mm titles back up. Didn't get to first runs, will do those tomorrow.

Posters updated?: Yes, Primetime, Fjord, and Klara and the Sun are down. Wild Horse, Godzilla, and Cat in the Hat switched to now showing. Things were rearranged--Hunger Games, Paper Tiger, and Hexed added to coming soon.

To do this evening/ was completed: More NewFest teching/downloading/ingesting today.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent the trailer list, I've been ingesting content - forecasts, new trailers and what not, but the QR explainer (V3) won't be available for a few days.  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set for the SE shows this weekend. Spoons stuff is still off to the side in T1 with a black cloth over it, but I turned on the mixer since the PA speakers make an unpleasant sound when the mixer is not engaged.  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Got the DCP/KDM for Edie Arnold, which Desmond and I were also able to take a look at today.  Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared content we no longer need. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
