Presentation Issues: None Preshow Clips/Playlist: Started transferring Gemini Man preshow files and TLR_NPP_CARD_Oct_B from evo , should be ready to ingest this evening. All are transferring directly to the external drive. Trailer Updates: As per Matthew's film schedule email, I pulled a couple Addams Family trailers off the trail mix from last week and swapped them into the all ages playlist pack in place of Jumanji, which should be reinstated when AF opens on Friday. *Bumped up the volume for the Zombieland 2 trailer to 4.5. Special Events/ AV set up: None Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received Gemini Man and Zombieland . Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested Gemini Man to the TMS. Presentation Issues: Nope Preshow Clips/Playlist: built the playlist for Wizard Of Oz , scheduled it for Thursday. I did not schedule anything else for that day since we are waiting on trailer assignments for post-Gemini Man, which will go on next week's playlists Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Bad Ronald , the first of our secret TV movie series. Karen amazingly made 1.37 masking and lens cues for this show, so now we can run 1.37 films in their proper aspect ratio in theater 3. The movie looked great. No issues to report. Presentation Issues: There were no presentation issues for the first round. Preshow Clips/Playlist: I updated tonight's playlist for 'Bad Ronald' to reflect the new masking 1.33 masking cues we programmed for TH 3. There is also now a DCP 137  lens setting on each Christie touch panel. Tomorrow's admin (or I can do this at night) will need to re-program the 1.77 masking setting back from 1.33. There are no showings of Abominable scheduled in TH 3 at all tomorrow so it can happen at any time. Alec, I made the Over the Edge playlist with as much automation as possible to follow the flow of the event memo. Take a peek at it and feel free to modify to your liking. Presentation Issues: Got a call during the 6:45 Ad Astra in Theater 5 that the movie froze about 45 minutes in. I opened the theater IMS and by this point it showed the server was playing the movie, so it was frozen for about a minute before it restarted by itself. I'm not sure what may have caused this since there were no errors on the touchscreen (except that the lamp should be changed soon) and everything looked normal on the side of the projector. Between rounds I restarted the projector in case that would help, and the last show ran through without a problem. Karen was here trailing me, and I had her run about half of this show — she did predictably well. Presentation Issues: There were no presentation issues. Everything ran smoothly. Preshow Clips/Playlist:  I ingested the NPP_TVHorror preshow clip from EVO and finished building out the playlist for Monday's screening of Bad Ronald. I also updated the Over the Edge playlist with the NPP logo slide as per the event memo, before and after the feature. I have the slide pausing during the intro, the projectionist will then need to advance and play the next clip which is a black slug with all 35 mm cues firing, I set another server pause within the slug so that when the print is done, you will just have to advance to the next cue and push play to get the logo back up. This is the best way I could think of to get the slide back up on the screen quickly. Trailer Updates: n/a Special Events/ AV set up:  The Roy Cohn Q&A went well.
