The last reel of Speed Racer still needs to be looked at but both prints are in great condition, the latter pristine.  All set on content for the next seven days aside from Paddington and the SoF print, which should be on the way but the tracking states that only the label has been created, five days ago. To do this evening/ was completed: Doing CatVideoFest again the weekend after next because it sells well (massive shrug), so please don't delete the content after tomorrow's showing. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Badlands went very well, and the following 35mm Oppenheimer screening did, too. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: I put  Hard Target back on the shipping reels, tails out, and brought the cans back down to booth 1. Inspected reels 1-3 of Back to the Future, good print though a bit dirty. These are tails out on the shipping reels, in the can upstairs in 4/6. Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Notes:

To do this evening/ was completed: Slow night here--spent the evening inspecting Hard Target. The print is in excellent condition--going to look great on screen. Stills uploaded to Drive, Conrad notified. Oppenheimer 35mm went smoothly after an initial leader brain-wrap that took a few hands to resolve. This was prior to the feature start time so not a presentation issue. All hands were on deck so we're all familiar with the sporadic kinks the lower deck of the platter exhibits. Cleaned the projectors after the show and fitted the 1.85 lens into P1. Apparently, according to Deluxe, the Paddington e-delivery was a failure--guess we'll have to request they reattempt in a few days, feature screens next Saturday. Swept 4/6. Already have some requests off for September, remember the deadline for requests is Tuesday. Working on the October schedule, too, so the earlier you can get those requests in, the better. Thanks :) Working on a bit of an overhaul of our HDMI/DVI setups as I plan to setup webcams in Theaters 1, 2, and 3 (and maybe 4) for Zoom Q&A and as a permanent live Q&A recording setup. Will have HDMI-over-ethernet extenders (we refer to them as AJAs but that brand’s version is discontinued) permanently set for 1, 2, & 3 (for Spoons, Kevin Geeks Out, Shouting at the Screen, various stage presentations, and staff meetings), and for cable TV to the Trees projector. Will also use one of the DVI ports on the projectors in each 3 houses to setup the webcam (which can also double as the streaming connection, and could also be repurposed for blu-ray). Ordered all of what we need for Theater 1, and most everything for the other theaters. There will still need to be some variability to different...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: MOD radioed during the final round of Oppenheimer  in T4, said the volume was too loud; turned it down to 6.0 on the 500 and 750 which resolved this issue Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: All That Jazz private screening in T6 and  Red Eye in T2 this evening went smoothly (6.0 was not nearly loud enough for  All That Jazz  and ended up turning it to 8.0); the blu-ray was returned to the host after the show in T6 Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Blue Beetle and It Lives Inside  feature content was ingested to the TMS (we still need the 5 minute Blue Beetle pre-show and have the generic comics pre-show uploaded to the shared drive again so the playlists have yet to be built) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Took and added some photos of  Lethal Weapon 4  to the shared drive and tagged Conrad and Desm...

To do this evening/ was completed: Talk to Me keys uploaded. Set up mic and mixer in T6 for All That Jazz intro. Updated the feature volume to 6.0. Staff Red Eye playlist and another scope feature playlist I'm blanking on right now had the scope show end cue scheduled where the scope Lens/Mask cue should've been. Those cues are right next to each other when you search for them in playlist builder, which makes it pretty easy to select the wrong one. Just a heads up. Red Eye start time was listed at 40 minutes into showtime instead of 35 on the cue sheet. Just a reminder that special events feature content almost always starts at 35 min into playlist. Bumped volume to 5.5 in playlist. T3 IMB went down twice today. It was down when I got in at 10, power-cycled the projector, all green afterward, but went down again about 30-60 min later. Alec came by, re-situated the IMB which seemed to resolve the issue--projector stayed green with no issues. Reviewed the entirety of the cue shee...
