To do this evening/ was completed: Most packed day I've had in a minute. Releasing His Three Daughters today.  I changed the lamp in T2, but checked out the brightness levels beforehand. Ultimately, we've had sensor issues in there for awhile and it's still somewhat of a mystery as to why the flickering keeps happening. No sensor issue post lamp installation and the light wizard setup went just fine, but beforehand, I had to clean out the dust/sand that got in from all the brick work. Scoping it out before installing the new lamp, there is a small circular piece of glass that the light both shines through and reflects off of, which had dirt inside that section and on it. I cleaned it up, along with the rest of the lamp house and the main reflector. Please let me know if anything looks particularly out of sorts this evening, but we should be okay for right now. We'll look into this further with DMS. Still somewhat of an earlier start tomorrow before the first round. Mat...

To do this evening/ was completed: Spoons went smoothly this evening. Thanks Lillian for the setup. Equipment broken down and returned to the right places. Re-inspected One-Eyed Jacks . It's packaged up. Outgoing shipping yet to be scheduled. Inspected all of Cry Baby. It is in excellent condition. Put it on house reels. Will uploads stills. Cat Video Fest ingested successfully, transferred to T3, but Amadeus failed immediately. I downloaded the remaining files, but yeah, seeing now at the end of the night that it failed instantly. Maybe some files simply need to be removed from the folder? Presentation Issues: Got a call from MOD towards end of preshow last round in T2: screen was looking particularly dim. Went in to check and indeed it was looking too dim for quality presentation. This was right as the feature was starting. To do this evening/ was completed:  Saturday Night will be available for ingested this evening. Title came in, but it's not in the vault yet, so I'd give it a few hours. This is a first run title for October.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Beetlejuice 2, The Front Room, and His Three Daughters .  Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the wireless mic receiver, yamaha mixer, spotlight board and Aja in T1 this morning for Spoons tonight. Everything has been tested - laptop, microphones and spotlight board are all set for the show, just turn on the powerstrip, press each power button for the mics on the receiver, double check to make sure everything's alive and well, then you're golden. There's a usb-c adapter on top of the receiver for the hosts since I believe that's what they typically use.  Since it's relatively unclear as to whether or not the BluRay of Orphan (2000) (for an upcoming private event) will have an AD...

To do this evening/ was completed: Finished building the 9/6 cue sheets (Mon through Thurs). Built a playlist for NoBudge 41 with all of the noted cues. One-Eyed Jacks went smoothly this evening. It jumped out of frame about a minute into reel two, quickly fixed that. Colors looked really great. Came down to the lobby after the screening and saw Ethan Hawke hanging out. Seemed like he dug it. Print is tails out and will be re-inspected tomorrow. Mics returned to the booth. Trees Apple TV went down again this evening. Usual power-cycle. Same Amadeus files Lillian started downloading are still going at the end of the night, with some hours to go. Godfathers of Hardcore files seemed to either pause or fail at some point, seeing this now (11:30). I can't resume the download so we'll have to try again tomorrow. They just wanted a hand with sourcing the plastic reels and such for this print as it doesn't sound like they've done the analogue thing before, it just so happens that the filmmaker has a print. To do this evening/ was completed: Lady in the Water was picked up this morning. Scheduled the week in TMS, cue sheets still need building. Ran a reel of Welcome to the Dollhouse, volume logged. Put the print on house reels. Ran the first reel of Jacks too for Desmond. Ingested the last NoBudge short and tech'd all of them with Desmond. Volume and aspects logged, will put these in a playlist very soon. Two of the shorts, Working Summer and Citizen Zero, have 1.78 containers but are actually closer to 1.60, so they'll remain pillarboxed during presentation. Madam Satan slide built and ingested. Looks like we got rid of the Cat Video Fest feature, so waiting on a re-upload from Deluxe/Distributor.
