Spirit Awards in Hi-res (which should be fairly hands-off). Add titles that are "pending" on Deluxe to the asset tracking doc. Presentation Issues: None today. Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons, Toons, & Booze went smoothly. The powerstrip switch for the intimidators is great! Although I did have Nick Dodge hit it for me ;-) The new mic set up worked ok BUT Mike and Nell were experiencing a lot of popping whenever anyone started speaking excitedly, not necessarily louder but higher in pitch. It wasn't that the mics were too hot or loud but more that they were overly dynamically sensitive. There was nothing that Michael did with the mini mixer that helped. I didn't see the shure app on the computer, and I only got a chance to pop my head in the theater once - during which the mics sounded fine - so I didn't get a chance to play with it. Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and teched the Birds of Prey playlist. I cleaned up our first run playlists and trailer packs for the week. Said goodbye to the Wendy trailer for now since it was making our Adult packs run quite long. Also deleted "weekend only" playlists and updated the regular named "020720" ones for weekend's trailers. All playlists are good to go for the weekend except Moonlight . To do tomorrow AM: -Tech Color out of Space PS. -Might as well decide Babies vol for 1917, since the trailer pack and SPL are built. -Build BoP SPL, I've left a note on the board with lighting cues. Presentation Issues: -Slight hiccup with August at Akikos  in T3 in that the lights went to MID a half-hour early due to a mis-timed cue. Should've caught it when looking over the SPL, my mistake. Lights were up for around 30 secs. Preshow Clips/Playlist: -Built SPLs for the coming week of 2/07, made two for each film, one with WKND attached and one without. Difference is in the Trailer packs attached, all marked with WKND have trailer packs that keep the trailer for our oscar night to be used through Sunday, the ones with out those four letters use trailer packs that drop the Oscar ad to be used from Monday on.
