To do this evening/ was completed: Remember to write the volume down when teching prints, Train Dreams had no volume noted anywhere I could find. A new playlist was made (it was dated 013126), so I guess it was just copied and not changed. Got a call that the movie hadn't started and saw the intro slide was paused on screen. Skipped ahead to the Dolly Parton video intro and let it play from there. I made a new playlist for tomorrow. -Because of this, timing on the cue sheet was about 20 minutes off. I let MODs know and fixed it for tomorrow. I set up the wireless mic receivers and the mixer in T1 for the Deuce show tomorrow. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Noticed during that last round in theater 1 ( Send Help ) the picture seemed a bit darker than usual. I thought it might be the "look" of the film since this particular moment was set at night but during one of the more brightly lit scenes I saw a slight the lamp flicker ever so slightly in the brightest part of the frame. Also of note the picture in theater 2 seems to have a magenta tint that is most noticeable during bright scenes, especially over pure white elements like text or credits. Neither thing seems like a hindrance at the moment but it would be worth continuing to keep an eye on over the weekend. To do this evening/ was completed: Gil radioed me about no image at the start of the first round in T2. I checked the VNC viewer for the touch panel and the lamp was off, no "unexpected light off" warning so it was never struck (even though there was a lamp on cue in the playlist). Logs confirmed the cue just didn't go through--there was no attempt to strike the lamp. Please check to make sure the lamp shuts off at the end of the night. I checked the playlist and there was a cue to lower the volume for the book promo (as there should be), but no cue to raise it back for the first run trailers. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Cristina texted me during the first reel of Rhinestone to tell me the wrong intro video had played after she gave her remarks. She asked that I play the right one after the film which I told her I would do. The one that had played was "Intro_SE_Dolly" which was not specifically about the film but a more general greeting and intro. I checked the LMS and found a clip titled "Intro_Dolly_Rhinestone" which was not the one in the show playlist or anywhere on theater 1's server, transferred it over, and built a short playlist around it. A song played over the end of the film and in an attempt to get ahead of the rest of the credits I switched over to this playlist, causing a momentary pause in volume and an image overlay on screen. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: The motor to projector 1 did not start during the changeover between reels 1 and 2 of  You Got Served . Reel 1 ran out and I brought the house lights up before assessing the issue. I tried turning the motor on and off several times to no avail (the machine itself was powered on), made sure all other switches on the machine were in the "on" position, then finally turned it from auto to manual power which seemed to remedy  the problem. I brought lights back down once the motor was rolling properly and had no further issues. I made sure to cycle the power from manual to auto and back again between reels, running it a little each time to see if it wasn't working in any particular setting. It seemed to run just fine in both modes after this and the rest of the changeovers during the show were smooth. I called DMS who indicated the ICP was likely the issue and we cancelled the first show. I found another ICP board in 4/6 and put that into the T2 projector since we had time to test it. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: When T2 preshow for Little Amelie started there was a strange color glitch going on where about 2/3 of the screen looked red and fuzzy. I tried switching between channels to see if that resolved it but the issue remained. I ended up power cycling, which did the trick. However, roughly 30 minutes into the feature Wyatt radioed me that it happened again but resolved itself. I said I would monitor it and reseat boards (would've started with LEQDs) if there were further issues. Went into T2 and watched the remainder of the movie and there were no more issues. I did not see that second instance of the issue myself, but it was a bit confusing because initially the issue did not seem like something that would just go away on its own. As I mentioned, it didn't go away until power cycling. I tried flipping the breakers off and on, thinking this might remedy the issue the way it had for the lamp I had trouble striking before the feature (I switched the projector from manual, which would strike the lamp, then back to auto and strike the lamp again from the switch below after switching to auto turned it off...this seemed to work just fine as long as I set it to manual first before doing anything else) but it did not seem to have any effect on the analog sound head's ability to read the track on the print. I let Max from DMS (who was working with Dolby to set it) know. I moved the T1 schedules for tomorrow 31 minutes to account for the clock and scheduled shows in there for the weekend. I decided to turn off the scheduler, which automatically powers the projector/server on and off at scheduled times, for Theater 1 so it stays on and we don't risk the IMB connection dropping out again.
