Staff screenings scheduled for tomorrow and Friday. T4 intro went smoothly. Mic broken down afterward. New 35mm letters up. The DJ for Monday's event came by and had a few questions about the setup in Trees, primarily about cable inputs and making sure he'd be able to have a monitor speaker for playback. I have not sent out staff screening info. Update: received feature. Jack will schedule screenings on the LMS once it is done ingesting. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: The motor to projector 1 did not start during the changeover between reels 1 and 2 of  You Got Served . Reel 1 ran out and I brought the house lights up before assessing the issue. I tried turning the motor on and off several times to no avail (the machine itself was powered on), made sure all other switches on the machine were in the "on" position, then finally turned it from auto to manual power which seemed to remedy  the problem. I brought lights back down once the motor was rolling properly and had no further issues. I made sure to cycle the power from manual to auto and back again between reels, running it a little each time to see if it wasn't working in any particular setting. It seemed to run just fine in both modes after this and the rest of the changeovers during the show were smooth. Presentation Issues: The color issue in T2, where the top half of the screen goes red, happened again at the start of the first round. I rebooted the projector, and also tried reseating the ICP and LEQD while it was off. On powering back up, the issue happened again, only flashing blue on the bottom half of the screen. I called DMS who indicated the ICP was likely the issue and we cancelled the first show. I found another ICP board in 4/6 and put that into the T2 projector since we had time to test it. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: When T2 preshow for Little Amelie started there was a strange color glitch going on where about 2/3 of the screen looked red and fuzzy. I tried switching between channels to see if that resolved it but the issue remained. I ended up power cycling, which did the trick. However, roughly 30 minutes into the feature Wyatt radioed me that it happened again but resolved itself. I said I would monitor it and reseat boards (would've started with LEQDs) if there were further issues. Went into T2 and watched the remainder of the movie and there were no more issues. I did not see that second instance of the issue myself, but it was a bit confusing because initially the issue did not seem like something that would just go away on its own. As I mentioned, it didn't go away until power cycling. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Screened  The Flying Guillotine  for Sundays on Fire and immediately ran into a technical issue at the top of reel 2 on projector 1 as no sound was coming through the speakers in the auditorium or via the processor after the change over was made. I brought the lights up to pre-show levels, alerted the MODs, and got in touch with Cristina about the problem while I was troubleshooting it. I tried flipping the breakers off and on, thinking this might remedy the issue the way it had for the lamp I had trouble striking before the feature (I switched the projector from manual, which would strike the lamp, then back to auto and strike the lamp again from the switch below after switching to auto turned it off...this seemed to work just fine as long as I set it to manual first before doing anything else) but it did not seem to have any effect on the analog sound head's ability to read the track on the print. To do this evening/ was completed: The clock on the T1 server was briefly corrected then went back to being 31 minutes ahead shortly after. I let Max from DMS (who was working with Dolby to set it) know. I moved the T1 schedules for tomorrow 31 minutes to account for the clock and scheduled shows in there for the weekend. I decided to turn off the scheduler, which automatically powers the projector/server on and off at scheduled times, for Theater 1 so it stays on and we don't risk the IMB connection dropping out again. Will make sure this gets investigated as it would seem the issue is not with the server. Added quick controls to the T1 server. To do this evening/ was completed: This evening, the clock got updated for the Theatre 1 server, which is great news. I scheduled tomorrow just now. Content is transferring.  Note: We did have the same issue/warning that connection to the IMB had been lost before the first round started in T1. I was able to reboot and we've been stable ever since (knock on woof), but I alerted DMS and sent logs/report for them to look through. I sat in Theatre 1 for a while in case it went down again.  Presentation Issues: The 2:1 cue for masking did not execute in T1. Resaved it (had a exclamation mark in there by accident) but all is well. Very quick fix.
