I played with the gate pressure throughout which seemed to help a bit but didn’t completely resolve the issue. I asked DMS if they have any suggestions, I imagine this is something I’ll be able to fix on my own with some instructions. To do this evening/ was completed:  Presentation Issues: While trying to check  The White Goddess in theater 3 this morning, I noticed that the server was offline despite the TMS displaying the content on the scheduling window. The projector itself was on but, for whatever reason, was not communicating with the server. I could not load any content to test so I tried shutting off the projector from the touch panel to see if powering down might establish the connection again. This did not work so I restarted the IMS, then hard rebooted the projector, all to no avail. I tried remarrying the projector and server through the touch panel but these were already linked and the connection was running fine according to the systems diagnostics. As a last resort, I ended up calling DMS and spoke to a representative named Chris; he and I were on the phone for about two hours using TeamViewer to troubleshoot the issue together. He ran several diagnostics checks, tried restarting the IMS remotely, tr

I tried switching to the SR soundtrack, checked the connections to/from the film audio processor, restarted everything, switched between projectors, but nothing worked. I was

Of these, I ingested a bunch of tip PSAs which are good for padding out the preshow to 30 minutes as they range in length from 15 - 45 seconds. Just make sure to watch them first to be sure they’re appropriate. The ones I’ve seen which are good are Warhol, Frankenstein, and FrodoSam. To do this evening/ was completed: When the Vast of Night DCP finishes downloading (ETA around 5:30pm), transfer it to the DCPII drive and plug that into the Theater 4 projector and ingest the DCP directly to the IMS server. Once the ingest is complete switch the features in the playlist and save it. If you update the playlist before preshow starts at 9:20 and have a chance to look at the DCP, delete the DCP I made from the server. The House of Gucci drive should be delivered by UPS tonight by 9pm. Please ingest it to the TMS, then add the feature to the playlist and schedule it. (To avoid possibly slowing down the ingest to Theater 4, wait until The Vast of Night finishes ingesting to ingest House of Gucci . I don’t really think it would make much of a difference since they’re loading to completely different servers but I’d rather not risk it.)
