No issues there.  Had a annoying but not entirely uncommon situation in T4 in which MOD radioed me about Avatar looking funky, and it hasn't switched to Scope on the Christie, but the masking was fine. I switched over to scope immediately. I say not entirely uncommon because the lens can get stuck when switching formats. The playlists were and are entirely correct.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Just a friendly reminder that the playlists for Theatre 1 are currently scheduled (on the LMS) 31 minutes after they're to start due to the IMS clock, but as Alec mentioned, if rebooting causes it to properly sync up, then please readjust for the correct time. To do this evening/ was completed: Made all the cues we need on the new T1 server. Also transferred Stranger Things for the New Year's Day showing. Shows are scheduled in here for the rest of the week. The clock on the T1 server is wrong so I scheduled everything accordingly. The clock is 31 minutes ahead, so everything is scheduled 31 minutes "late" which means they will start on time. I tried setting the clock to the correct time but was unable to do it. The update would not save. I also tried adding Screenwriter as an NTP server (this is the case for all the other theaters), but it's not refreshing. Maybe it needs to be rebooted for that to take effect, not sure. If rebooting causes the clock to sync with the NTP and display the correct time tomorrow, please make sure things are scheduled for the proper time. To do this evening/ was completed: It has been a very long day, so I'm going to keep it relatively short: since early this morning, we were experiencing the same issue we've had in T1 (summer, 2023) in which we lose connection to the IMB (zero connection to the server) and this happens about 20 to 30 minutes into a playlist. Initially, rebooting and reseating would hold for a little, then it wouldn't, then we thought moving the cables to a new switch would help, but it didn't. We decided to block off T1, moved around shows, and a technician from DMS and I replaced the server. After the replacement, we sorted out the IP and I added Screenwriter to the T1 IMS, and the T1 IMS to Screenwriter so we could properly transfer content. This took a little while, and I've been flying a little solo on this for the last few hours, but I watched an hour of content without running into any issues. I sent our device exchange request to Deluxe so they can verify our server, update t...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: I reset the 1.66 masking in theater 7 from the 1.37 one between rounds and tech'd all the other masking settings to be certain it was lining up properly with the image. It's a considerable looking improvement over the picture bleeding onto the 1.37 setting and the pillar boxing from the 1.78 masking alternative. I will keep an eye on it to make sure the cue is triggered properly these next two rounds and try to update accordingly/make the curtains more flush with the picture. Is This Thing On?  will continue to play in this auditorium over the weekend and into the week ahead so we can continue to work on this as needed (update: second to last round masking looks great, no bleed, will update -- last round worked fine too, however, no tickets were sold for this show so I shut it down ahead of schedule) A guest asked for a closed captioning device for The Housemaid in theater 6 this evening. I also did not realize no spaces between the performances were built into the show to allow for the host to intro the next performers so I paused/played and skipped ahead manually. I set up a mic and a stand, which turned into the hub for all press mics and it held well. Gaffed everything down for safety. Earlier in the day they sent what we thought was a slideshow but is actually a folder of photos, so I turned it into a slideshow video and uploaded it to Plex, which worked out great. I stood right by the AV box so I could adjust levels for the speakers and all the speeches went super well. Bar managers, Raekwon and Chenelle and I communicated very well throughout the night. Guests are still partying in the bar, but our work is essentially done.
