The actual performance went just fine save for a few moments where I had to toggle the wash lights and/or spots on and off for dramatic effect. This seemed to cause a malfunction specifically with the wash lights where a red wash got stuck on screen between transitions. I also did not realize no spaces between the performances were built into the show to allow for the host to intro the next performers so I paused/played and skipped ahead manually. Speakers are set, yamaha mixer, and I brought the wireless mic receiver into T2 and set the channels to the room. The mics are currently charging. I caught it immediately but it still caused a minor hiccup. Not sure how that happened. Right before this I did get the warning that the Shutdown playlist was about to start (as it automatically schedules itself five minutes after last playlist), but usually the current paused playlist doesn't move on to shutdown. To do this evening/ was completed: Brad Lander formally announcing he's running for congress at our establishment was not on my 2025 bingo card, but what a fun last minute shindig! I set up a mic and a stand, which turned into the hub for all press mics and it held well. Gaffed everything down for safety. Earlier in the day they sent what we thought was a slideshow but is actually a folder of photos, so I turned it into a slideshow video and uploaded it to Plex, which worked out great. I stood right by the AV box so I could adjust levels for the speakers and all the speeches went super well. Bar managers, Raekwon and Chenelle and I communicated very well throughout the night. Guests are still partying in the bar, but our work is essentially done. The Wifi in the booth tends to be extremely spotty up there, so I'd recommend using the laptop for preshow music. I tried both the PC and laptop today and both are fine. Leave the volume around 3.7. The Spotify playlist is pulled up on the laptop already (in the app). For spots, you can use either 301, 502, or both. The 301 setting has the double spots a little closer (good for an intro, I reckon) whereas the 502 have them a little further apart (good for q&a).  Note: I setup a mic in Trees for the announcements after the show. Had to reconfigure T3 Blu-Ray Flat channel for tomorrow's Birdcage screening: the projector HDMI cable was not connected to the rack PC, the display settings weren't set to mirrored and the Color Space setting in the Channel Setup was set to "full range" instead of Color RBG, which caused a weird kind of thermal look. Fixed all of that and tested the film on screen, looks and sounds good. Five Nights Freddy ingested to LMS.
