Ejected this playlist and took the server off scheduler mode. EMTs arrived and provided medical assistance to the guest. Manually started the show around 8:40 and guests were promptly let inside the auditorium. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: This doesn't count as a presentation issue since I noticed it as soon as I got in this morning, but I got the A/C interlock warning in Theater 1 again. I removed the duct and re-taped the interlock into the upright position, this time with just a small piece of gaff tape on the small metal arm that holds it up, not on the flag itself. Now that it is taped more securely in position we shouldn't be getting this warning anymore. I switched the projector off and on again to see if the warning popped up (this warning will always come up as soon as the projector turns on) and it didn't, so this should be all good. For the weekend, though, when you get in for the opening shift please check the VNC viewer for Theater 1 and briefly strike the lamp before the first round starts so there’s time to address it if the warning does come up. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: The second round screening of No Time to Die was cancelled due to a storage issue. The feature played for 5 minutes then something happened that caused the server to lose the DCP entirely. This was really baffling, all other content was showing on the server except No Time to Die , and this was definitely loaded on the server as it played in there earlier this week and I checked today’s schedules last night and this afternoon. The server was very full, but not entirely and as I said the feature had been loaded on there for a while, so my guess is this could be an issue with the storage health, we will have to have DMS check the RAID drives. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: There is some picture falling off the screen (right hand side) in 2. I noticed this the other day when I stayed to watch The French Dispatch, specifically  during moments when the film is cropped to 2.39:1, though, much of it is in 1.37:1 so it's harder to see with the pillar boxes on the sides of the frame. I tried maneuvering the projector to center the flat image, however, this throws off the other films being shown in scope ( Dune is also showing in this theater) and creates falloff on the opposite side of the screen. A/C interlock switch in 1 dropped and had to be taped up to allow the lamp to strike; Emily also noticed one of the wall lights (left hand side) flickering during the pre-show. The light had stopped flickering by the time I got to the auditorium to inspect it but I will continue to monitor it further. To do this evening/ was completed: Jerry from DMS was on site with a coworker to fix the sound/changeover issue in 4/6. Update: They fixed the sound switch issue in 4 but had to troubleshoot the dowsers rising/dropping in sync with the changeover cue; Jerry took a part from a projector in 2 to try to fix this. Tested reel 1 of Fear in 6; Jerry switched channels from 7.1 to 5.1 and there was still no sign of any buzzing noise from the rear surround speakers. Jerry left around 4:30, said he would have to return to continue working on the changeover/dowser problem in 4. I connected a new mic to see if that was the problem, but still no sound. To do this evening/ was completed: Built and scheduled the playlist for The Last Duel . Ingested Firstness for NewFest and moved it to 3. Jerry Kohut from DMS came by this morning to inspect the lamp in 5 and fix the changeover issue in 4/6. The bulb in 5 we thought was new was actually a used one, hence the constant flickering, that had accidentally been placed back in a box marked "new." Jerry replaced this with a new bulb from DMS and set it to its lowest intensity (according to him that bulb model is too bright for that lamp house but it still works). He placed orders for 3 more bulbs for that auditorium at Alec's request. The changeover button on projector #2 in 4 is loose. Jerry checked the backside of the automation panel to see if the connection had come undone but, as far as he could tell, it is just the button itself that is loose and needs replacing. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: The ACs in booths 3/7 and 5 shut off during the first round. I let Gil know and he reset something on the roof, which got them back on only for them to shut off again less than an hour later. Matthew was contacted and he tried to contact the AC company to try and get someone out to look at it. When checking these booths later on with Jeanette we saw that the ACs had come back on, and stayed on for the night. Preshow Clips/Playlist: A note about building playlists: please make sure the timing of preshow is correct before scheduling the playlist. I noticed today that the  No Time to Die  playlist had only about 27 minutes of preshow, so the lights would have gone down a few minutes early. I know this may seem minor but this does make a difference for service and they rely on our cues to be accurate.
