To do this evening/ was completed: Built all the A1 playlists for the week of 9/05 including some SE.  I deleted a lot of content we no longer need and will continue to sift through the LMS come Monday.  Deleted old playlists, too.  Presentation Issues: I took a look at the cable connection in the booth. All extenders are in shape, nothing wrong with them, the only thing unstable is the ethernet connection to trees. I made sure to try a different cable (didn't work) and tested the connections to 1/2 with the extender we're using for trees, plus the others and it's just the ethernet port/connection to trees that's the issue, so we'll have to take a look in the lounge when it's clear. To do this evening/ was completed: Babysitter's Club went smoothly. I would recommend using a piece of tape to connect the head leader to the take-up reel so that you can thread to seven. Otherwise you won't be able to thread to seven and will be closer to 5 because there's not enough leader to get a taut connection to the take-up reel by simply tucking it beneath itself. Continued with the shorts: Trichotillomania, Buzzkill and Nuevo Rico made/ingested. Presentation Issues: Couldn't get the cable going in Trees. It's playing fine in 4/6 and I re-sat all of the HDMI and ethernet connections to the Trees Extender but no luck. I let Alec know that the projection email he was using in his away message is incorrect (I have accidentally used this one a few times myself). Brian from Janus helped me clear things up with the La Haine print, which they will be shipping to that theatre in Cleveland using our FedEx account since we accidentally sent it back to the Academy- mind you, Brian only included me in that email for that first correspondence and although we were confused by the projection email mishap, he has, in the past, always included the correct projection email as well as Alec's, but I think because he just saw Alec's away message that he decided to cc the wrong one. To do this evening/ was completed: Took down the last two days of 35mm letters and put up upcoming shows on the marquee. Brought down Babysitters Club print to T1 and inspected all of it. It's in very good condition. The reels are tails out on their shipping reels inside the cans so they can easily be wound on to show reels in the next few days. Also: all reels except 5 had their leaders (heads and tails) taped to the rest of the film, not spliced, so I spliced the leaders together. Also also, the leaders start right at 11, nothing before that, so we may want to add a little bit of leader to the beginning. I've yet to do that. Lastly I believe inspection report needs to be sent over to Sony. Feathers DCP is downloading to 4/6 desktop, Are You Still Watching DCP added to Share drive and Futz is transcoding in 4/6 DCPoMatic. To do this evening/ was completed: Wound up coming in today as it would be easier to get a few things done for the week. I set up everything for Shouting at the Screen tomorrow, which includes the PA speakers, Yamaha, wireless mic mixer and AJA. I tested the wireless mics and laptop connection. The bluetooth remote is in 4/6 on the side desk. Please remember to turn everything on - both mixers, both speakers, and the panels on the front of the wireless mic mixer (this has been missed in the past). Since it's playing back to back rounds, you'll need to manually eject the playlist from the T4 server when this current round finishes, then save/sync the playlist in Screenwriter, or the change won't go through to T4. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: During the Fantastic Four pre-show in theater 3 (the third round of the night) the MODs radioed about the volume being much higher than normal. The forecast clip was playing during this call and levels went back to normal following it, however, I noticed the playlist that was loaded had a cue with a 5.5 level volume change that differed from the playlist in the content tab, which had everything set to its normal 3.5 level. I am not sure what caused this. I double checked the SPL and there does not seem to be a reason why it would have turned itself up as none of the cues in it have been adjusted (note: I double checked the rest of the show playlists for Fantastic Four and the volume cues are all set to 3.5 after the change in clips) **update: this same issue occurred again during the  Fantastic Four pre-show in the last round in theater 5 but I was able to lower the volume to normal levels while the clip was still playing** Pr...
