To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screening email has been sent out. Playlists are built, scheduled, and have been blocked on the calendar. Had our cinema meeting today and we're doing well on content. We got everything we need this week (received Beyond the Mat today, which Alec inspected, our second First Run, and Ninja Scroll). Please remember to get your eyes on the weekly update and respond with your confirmation. Thank you! - LH Presentation Issues: MOD radioed me that the curtains didn't open for Anora in Theater 2. Went to check the motor and it was off despite being plugged in, so I checked the breakers in the booth and sure enough the breaker for the theater outlets had been tripped, most likely by the construction workers. Once I got the breaker back on I just opened the curtains with the scope masking cue. -AWL Preshow Clips/Playlist: KDM for Penguins opens up tomorrow, as do our first runs. This eve we received the DCP of The Graduates , along with the shor

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Noticed the house lights were up at pre-show levels as the feature was starting during the second round in theater 6. I caught sight of this about two minutes into the film as I was bringing a guest a closed captioning device. Brought the lights down manually. Later realized the show was ending ten minutes ahead of schedule which led me find the trailer pack had been skipped over. Earlier round this afternoon did not have this issue but it is something I will continue to keep an eye on (update: there was no further issue with trailer pack playback during the final round in this auditorium) Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Set up 1.66 lenses and plates for the American Movie screening tomorrow afternoon + left the 1.37 lenses beside the projectors on microfiber cloths so they can be swapped out for Seven Samurai later in the evening Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a poster fo

To do this evening/ was completed: About half of the December schedule has been posted. The rest around Christmas and New Year's will be posted by the end of the week. -AWL Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Started making Attack the Block on DCP-o-Matic It still needs to be fully cooked because it's probably going to be too big for the Mac Mini with what's on it right now.  Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content):  The Brood  ingested to TMS. Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Ran the first reel of  Seven Samurai,  volume logged. Re-inspected  Village of the Damned  and packed it up for outgoing. This came from NBC/Universal.  Tech'd all of the NoBudge42 shorts with Desmond. Tech info logged, will build playlist soon. Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced the paper radiator filters in both the T1 and T2 Christies. -AWL Replaced the

To do this evening/ was completed: All events went smoothly this evening. T2 mics brought back to the booth. Village of the Damned print went well. A Searchlight rep/point of contact person asked that I delete the Nightbitch keys even though they expired shortly after the screening, so I did that. One slight note about T2 nonsync connection when using the rack PC: the wifi connection goes in and out so sometimes your music won't load if you're using Spotify or Youtube. Just an fyi. Ingested Commandant's Shadow, To Sleep With Anger and La Strada to TMS. T3 filtered air intake warning, T4 light change recommended warning at the end of the night. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes Marquee update

To do this evening/ was completed: Shows all set for tonight. See notes below.  *Sent out an email for a staff screening of American Movie , this Wednesday.* Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Since we apparently only received an evening KDM for Nightbitch tonight, I asked if they could send an earlier one for tech check today just to make sure everything looks good. I brought the chairs for the Q&A into T2. 3 chairs, 3 wireless mics needed. Chenelle and I looked at the slide and feature once we received the tech KDM. Everything looks and sounds good and for the intro and Q&A, I programmed over the spots setting I had down for the HBO event during NewFest, just to tailer it to this new slide and its features. Just made little tweaks. We took photos of everything to send to their people and the settings i've added to the event memo, but for what it's worth - INTRO spots are 603 and Q&A spots are 703. . xlr for

To do this evening/ was completed: Took down outgoing marquee letters, put up new brunch letters. All NoBudge42 shorts ingested and transferred to T1. Credit times for Gods of Time Square were off, listed as ending a lot earlier than they should actually occur. The film is 115 minutes and if it starts at 7:15 should conclude at 9:10, which will necessitate a manual start for the next round. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes Marquee updated?: Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Notes:

To do this evening/ was completed: Spent part of the morning rescheduling all the show playlists on the TMS for the rest of the week since daylight savings threw off the system + double checked times on the cue sheets to make sure everything lined up Presentation Issues: A few shows started an hour early this morning due to the daylight savings shift so I had to stop everything before pulling these playlists back an hour for the remainder of the day (the theater was closed so only the servers and MODs were taken aback by the sudden start) Preshow Clips/Playlist: Continued converting NoBudge shorts to DCP (converted  Grey Day and It's All Happening ) and saved them to the Almodovar drive Built a show playlist for the private Nightbitch event tomorrow (note: the slide is only 20 seconds so it will have to remain paused for the duration of the preshow as the music plays on Spotify and up until the hosts are ready for their intro at 7PM -- after the slide fades out the film will begin)

NPP Projection Report 11/2 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: American Movie went very well in T1 today. Didn't bother with the digital soundtrack and just hit SR on the 500. Print is rewound and 1.66 lenses/plates are in place for tomorrow's show. Ghostbusters show went off without a hitch, too. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the Ferris Bueller DCP I made to the T1 server for the private event on Friday. Continued converting NoBudge files to DCP, did "believeme53" and started "Favorite Daughter" Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Checked out the closed caption devices in Theater 6, for some reason the extender for the transmitter stopped working so I reconnected the USB transmitter directly to the IMS for now. CaptiView devices should work in there now. Cue sheets u

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: A guest asked for a closed captioning device for We Live in Time in theater 6 (second to last round) which did not display any dialogue even after the feature had started. I took back the device and tried testing a separate to no avail. I tested each of these devices in theater 4 to make sure they were functional and they worked just fine, so I double checked the film's CPL and it had all available accessibility features to allow for the captions to work. Despite this, and several failed attempts to reboot the Fidelio transmitter and closed captioning device, I had to ask the MODs to speak to the guest about the technical issue  (update: I tested both devices again during the following round and they failed to display captions despite the film   --  Smile 2 --  having all accessibility features) Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all first run show playlists for the week of 11/8 (including Heretic ) and a special event show playlis

To do this evening/ was completed: Ran reels of Too Many Ways... and American Movie for Cristina. Volumes logged. American Movie SR-D track too damaged to play, CP500 automatically switched to SR when I ran it (reel one). Inspected the first two reels of Twin Peaks. Very good condition so far, but the first reel's leader was totally loose inside the can and wrapped around the other reels, which were secure. Only the leader was loose, so I cleaned it with a kimtech wipe best I could. No structural damage to the leader. I took a video for reference, if necessary. Ran through the current R-rated trailer pack in T4 and felt that 4.0 was just a bit too much for Book_Fall, Call for Subs_Dad  and 90sDocs trailers. 3.8 sounds right to me, so made that adjustment to R and PG-13. Made a folder on the 4/6 desktop, NoBudge42Downloads, and began downloading the files Desmond sent over. Emilia Perez  letters up. I did not put the poster up as it seems all our real estate is being used by bigger
