Presentation Issues: T3 final round: A couple had complaints about our closed-caption devices. The first one I gave them was working properly but they flagged someone down saying it wasn't working. When the device was handed back to me it was still on and working fine. So I gave them a second unit, and afterward they told MOD the captions were incompletely displayed throughout. Before I handed it to them the captions looked complete to me, but I feel like I recall a similar complaint in the past so this may have occurred. Can test tomorrow if need be. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Had an unfortunate debacle in which, not only was the charging port/touch pad for the Fidelio moving slow, but a headset I gave out for Wicked with a VI track would not work. Initially I tried another headset or two after rebooting the port just to double check and tried them in other theatres, with Wicked playing, which worked, just not in Theatre 1 still. Then I noticed that the cabling in the booth looked off for the Fidelio, which I presume was not put back from testing for 35mm headset capability, or something else, but I can't think of anything else we'd be moving it around for. I matched everything back, tested it, and it's working just fine now. Opened up 3/3 and the reels are labeled 7-9, so seems we're missing a third of the film at the moment. I noticed that, after Sunday, Screenwriter was giving a "no valid KDM" warning for screenings of Wicked in T2. I reached out to Deluxe and after some back and forth got them to re-upload the server certificate for T2 and generate new keys, which did the trick. All set here. All good on content, just reached out to Chenelle about the private event on 11/17.  Presentation Issues: We had an issue in T3 where MOD radioed me to say that cleaning lights were on and the film had stopped. We had lost connection to the server. I went down to reboot the projector, resat everything and then booted it up again. Got the server back up and went straight into One Battle as the issue happened just a few minutes into the feature. I adjusted the volume to 4.8, which seems good in both large and small screening rooms. Also, please be extra careful when building playlists with the trailer volumes as the Val trailer/Book_V3 and Legends trailers did not have the proper cues in the playlists for our new first runs (Die My Love, Predator, It Was Just An Accident).
