Presentation Issues: The lamp for the projector in TH4 would not stay on while I was testing playback in that house. I cycled the lamp on and off several times and it would come on and then shut off automatically. I eventually got a power supply failure warning as well. DMS is of the opinion that this is a part failure that will not be stable until it is replaced (a few days from now). On my final attempt at cycling the lamp again, I did it from the physical touch panel inside the booth. So far the lamp is staying on. From my understanding we are going ahead with screenings until DMS comes in to service the projector. For the projectionist, this is the only thing you can do should the lamp go out on you: Go to the physical Christie touch panel in booth 4/6, acknowledge all warnings, dismiss the cool down pop-up and cycle the lamp off and back on, sometimes it will take a couple cycles. If you are in the middle of playback with an audience, don't forget to pause the playlist first

Presentation Issues: First round in TH6 was missing the vocal audio when the sound went to surround (meaning it was fine until the trailers and feature started). Eventually, after ejecting and restarting the playlist, rebooting IMS for TH6 and cycling power on the CP750 sound processor, Michael and I figured out that two QSC amps had lost power. I found alternate power supplies for both to troubleshoot and that solved the problem. I then went ahead and reset all breakers going to the A/V rack and was able to plug the amps back into their original power outlets. The turn around time for the resolution of the sound issue was about 20-25 minutes. MOD decided to cancel the show. Presentation Issues: For some reason the lens macro did not switch to scope at the beginning of Parasite in Theater 2. The Christie touch panel had the scope macro selected but the picture was projecting in flat. All I had to do was manually select the scope macro and this did the trick. It was fixed by the end of the opening logos. I'm going to go over this with Erin so she knows what to do for the next round and I will try and get this lens file back to normal before opening tomorrow. There was an issue with the panel in 3/7, which wouldn't allow me to turn off the lighting override. Finally I called Michael, who was incredibly helpful as always, and advised me to flip all the breakers labeled "rack." I did this, and regained control of the lighting panel without interrupting playback (which was my fear). We cut significantly into the following preshows, and I ran trailers with the lights up. Presentation Issues: There were no presentation issues that affected our guests. However, at 1:55 the entire TMS went completely offline. It said that we had no license and the first thing I noticed was that it was not able to see the external hard drive as I was in the middle of trying ingest the Zombieland and Parasite pre shows. Then I looked over and saw that everything was blacked out. I couldn't see playback status, the scheduler, or have any manual control of macros or playback. I immediately opened all IMS screens to see if I could view playback that way and have control and check to see that the automation was still scheduled. Everything appeared to be fine and the next pre-show (scheduled at 2:00) started automatically. I didn't see an obvious TMS contact in the vendor sheets and I already had all the MOD in the booth so Gil called Billy who counseled me to reboot the system. We had to stop the show and wind everything back onto the reel, which was a very labor-intensive process. I'm very glad that Alec was here for this and showed me how to fix the belt. The show was stopped for about 10 minutes, so the Q&A ran slightly over and I started Joker a little late to accommodate. *** No other issues with any other shows.
